Our Services

  • Counseling: Counseling provides a safe, confidential space to work with a licensed professional to navigate challenges, understand what’s going on beneath the surface, and move toward lasting change.
  • Support Groups: Offering a safe space for individuals to share their experiences and connect with others.
    • Grief Share: Ideal for anyone navigating grief and loss. Find help and healing for the hurt of losing a loved one. Connect with others from The Ridge and get support through one of life’s most difficult experiences.
    • DivorceCare: This is a safe place to find healing from the pain of separation or divorce. This is a 13-week video-based group, where you will find support to manage the emotional turmoil and receive practical tools for decision-making.
  • Workshops & Events: Organizing educational workshops that promote personal growth and community engagement.
    • Understanding ADHD and Tools for Back to School

      • Speaker: Katelyn Mabry is an ADHD Life Coach, author, educator, speaker, and Reading Specialist who uses both professional expertise and her own ADHD Journey to educate, empower, and encourage kids and families to better understand ADHD and thrive.

    • Bridge to Hope: Suicide Awareness
      • Wednesday, September 23 l 6:30-8p
      • Speaker: Robert Hagen serves as the Director of Training & Education for NAMI Southeast Wisconsin, where he works to expand mental health education, reduce stigma, and equip individuals and communities with practical tools to better understand and support mental wellness.

Making Care More Accessible

We know cost can keep people from getting help. Through our Access Fund, some individuals and families may qualify for reduced counseling rates based on household income and available funding.

Eligibility and availability are determined through the intake process.
